1.) We only use UPS for shipping large/heavy items,
and we only ship ground. We do not use FEDX at all. We do NOT use overnight,
2nd day, or next day shipping under any circumstances. We
will not ship using a customers UPS or FEDEX account.
2.) We choose to ship
with the United States Postal Service, which is closed on Sundays. They offer First-class (5-7 day)
or Priority mail (1-3 business days with Saturday delivery). Please provide a shipping address that receives US Postal Service
3.) Address changes must be emailed immediately to us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Also, please call our company phone center at 503-305-6962 and alert an agent to the change. Call center hours are 8am-12pm
PST M-F only. If you call outside of these calling times, please leave a phone message alerting us to the email sent.
We do NOT ship internationally. We only ship to addresses within the US.
5.) Orders placed
online by the customer typically ship the same day, yet processing can take up to 24 hours. If there is any delays in shipping
your items, you will be notified via email.
6.) Some items are insured when shipped by PDX RV and will
require a signature for delivery. We take great care in packaging our customers' orders to help ensure they make
the trip in one piece. We are not responsible for how the shipping agent handles the package en route.
Please DO NOT accept receipt/sign for a package delivered to you that is OPENED/DAMAGED
upon delivery by the mail carrier. If you receive damaged merchandise, please report it immediately.
